• All orders must be paid in full or with a confirmed deposit before processing.

• We accept major credit cards and secure online payments via authorized platforms (e.g., Alibaba).

• Prices may vary depending on configuration, location, and shipping method.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery time varies by warehouse location:

  • From USA warehouse: approx. 7–15 business days.

  • From China factory: approx. 35–50 days (by sea).

• Shipping costs are included in the product price unless stated otherwise.

• Customers must provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

4. Product Warranty

• All DTF machines include a 1-year limited warranty (excluding printheads and consumables).

• Warranty service includes parts replacement and remote technical support.

• Damages caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, or third-party interference are not covered.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products (customized, industrial equipment), we do not offer refunds after deposit or full payment unless the item is damaged during transit and not usable.

• In case of shipping damage, please sign the delivery receipt and notify us with photos/videos for claim processing.

6. User Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for understanding the product features, installation requirements, and after-sales process before purchase.

• Customers agree to follow our technician's instructions during machine setup and not modify system configurations without approval.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this site (text, images, videos) belongs to OKAI MACHINERY. You may not copy, reuse, or reproduce without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• OKAI MACHINERY is not liable for indirect or consequential damages caused by product misuse, operational errors, or service interruptions.
