We are committed to providing fast and reliable delivery services to ensure you receive your products on time and in perfect condition.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to the United States (including all states and territories) and selected international locations. Please contact us before placing an order outside the USA to confirm shipping availability.

2. Shipping Methods & Time

  • From USA Warehouse (California):
    Products in stock will be shipped within 2–4 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days via local logistics.

  • From China Factory (Made-to-Order):
    Shipping time is approximately 35–50 days by sea delivery (door-to-door). Express air shipping is available upon request with additional cost.

3. Shipping Fees

  • For customers in the USA, shipping fees are included in the product price unless otherwise stated.

  • For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated based on your address and product size. We will confirm exact fees with you before order confirmation.

4. Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we will:

  • Confirm product availability and shipping method.

  • Send you a pro forma invoice and expected delivery timeline.

  • Provide tracking or shipping confirmation once dispatched.

5. Shipping Damage & Claims

  • All machines are carefully packed in wooden crates to ensure safety during transportation.

  • Upon delivery, please check the external packaging and machine condition before signing. If any damage is found, sign and note the issue on the delivery receipt (POD) and immediately inform our support team with photos/videos.

  • Refusing to sign or improper claim procedure may result in denial of damage compensation.

6. Customs & Duties

  • For US customers, no additional customs duty is required.

  • For international orders, buyers are responsible for any local taxes or import duties.

7. Support After Shipping

  • Once you receive the machine, our technician will guide you remotely for installation and debugging.

  • Do not plug in or fill ink before our technician's instructions to avoid hardware damage.
